French Crystal Inspiration

Incredible treasures from France.
These beauties are antique French crystals embellished with religious images.
Once I held them I knew I wanted to create my own.
*****
So I did.....
Until I can find crystals that are flat on the back
I decided to use these acrylic facets in the meantime.
Soon to be listed in my shops.
Created with some of the most beautiful French holy cards I have.
A pendant, an ornament or simply an embellishment.
One project done this weekend
and many more to start.

Hope you are all having a great weekend.
Did you create today?

Oh! These are so very lovely! And I loved the way you photographed them! Sometimes I find it hard to decide what I want for the background or if I even want one at all. But that gorgeous embroidered bag was just the right touch!

Dear Rhonda, they are so very beautiful, I`m in love with your images from the Holy cards, and they are so lovely shown on those faux flat crystals-also not easy to find the real ones ,with flat back in Denmark!
Happy sunday to you.

They are gorgeous. What a great idea.
I have "flat ones"on the chandelier, but I don't think, I will use those (lol)

Have a nice day,

Rhonda
From the photographs I would not have been able to determine the French crystals and your own creations.
So beautiful - So you.

Gorgeous Rhonda, I've done some kind of like these. I know what you mean ,sure wish the backs were flat on the vintage ones. Hard to come by.
I got my post up. Thank you again for your Beautiful Giveaway.

Bless all of you that think I could stitch that beautiful antique scapular. I found it during my treasure hunts online, she is my favorite scapular of all time. The embroidery on this piece is simply amazing.

LOVE these! I'm going to purchase some crystals online today. I put off crafting when there is cleaning to be done (which is always). I needed a kick of inspiration. Thank you!

How did I miss this post??: ((( Your acrylic pendants are exquisite... truly beautiful. They are hardly distinguishable in quality from the antique crystal ones; you did an amazing job! (I see that they have gone to new, happy homes... wish mine were one of them!♥) xoxo
