A Soft Spring Evening

 Rushing around all day
between work and home
Finally home to a soft spring evening
and a mailbox full of findings that delight.
I had been searching for a display stand like this.
You can find it here
And then my sweet man hands me these petite roses
cut from our yard and all is well.
The sun is setting and another day is around the corner.
Enjoying the quiet of a sweet and soft spring evening.
Hope you are too.

  1. Rhonda,

Sounds just about perfect! We've been focusing on pre-algebra homework so things aren't quite as tranquil around here but one can only dream......!
    Love your flowers! Love Springtime............!

  11. Lové the display stands, i was not looping for any myself but, at a yard sale I found 3 of them that were used in retail stores and an old patina of galvanized and rust a perfect worn grey to them and my mind went crazy with creativeness for them I grabed them up for $3.00 for all 3 after your post I am even that much more inspired to do something with them.

Thank you for the inspiration here.
    A beautiful weekend to you.

  14. Hello Rhonda, love your post with all the yummie eyecandy. And how romantic is that, your loved one giving you a beautiful rose from the garden. Does he ride a white horse too? ;)
    Hugs and happy day,
