A Shabby White Wednesday

The soothing whites of a shabby cross
as I add layer
upon chippy layer
of white paint
thinking of all of the descriptive
words of a once discarded cross
worn, chipped, tattered
 and yet
there is still beauty to behold
These crosses have already sold in my Etsy shop
but I am creating new timeless pieces
for you to hold in your hands & hearts

  10. Good morning darling Rhonda! Another beautiful share that makes my heart skip a beat when I open your page! LOVELY!

Hey, my heart is also beating extra beats this morning as I have discovered something very devastating. Since you are a fellow pinner, have you noticed that we can no longer drag photos off our boards to use on blogs? I tried dragging off one of my own photos from my personal board, and the ability to drag onto your desktop has been disabled! Have you noticed that, or is it just me????? Anita

  16. These are interesting. You sell these on Etsy in the US? I wonder because France is the most secular country in Europe, so don’t know how they would sell there. I don’t think one can even wear crosses as jewelry in school anymore, unless they cannot be seen – it’s because Muslin head dress cannot be worn in schools either.

I hope you found some inspiration today.
