Paquets of Supplies

It always starts with "something", am I right?

This time it started with these ladies,

these ladies who remind me of Spring days

This lead to creating contained supplies in petite boxes

trying to keep it interesting and new,

I wrapped each supply box with different colored papers,

added various labels,

tied them up with string

and

viola!

I plan on creating many more of these paquets

for the shop!

Papier Love

Ah, my first love, paper!

 It is so relaxing to spread out

scraps, paper images, tags

and

create away!

These are a bit different...

I've rolled up burlap, fabric images, paper images

and

tied them up with twine from France

I love little packages

I created these with 6 cardstock images

and

tied them up with the twine from France 

A lot to choose from

and

create today or save for another day 

A petite vintage brass frame

I re-purposed this vintage compass into a necklace

The patina is perfect - a beautiful brass patina

Vintage trims wrapped around colorful tags

Kits and More Kits

 The days in my studio

have become a routine of...

creating....listing in my shop...

and

then I organize & purge big time

 It is an ongoing theme

it never changes

from month to month

 the good news is....

it pushes me to create 

kits of this & that

 I won't bore you with details,

like...boxes & boxes of bits/supplies

that I've collected my whole life

to be honest, you just never know 

if you will need an item for a creation.

You just don't know but there does come

a time when you say.....someone else would want to use this.

In The Studio All Weekend

Rummaging through my storage

I found these vintage bottles 

I pulled out my basket of vintage & antique laces and trims

to dress up the bottles 

 bottles always look better altered

ready for a simple small flower

 I knew that I kept all of my vintage trims from other projects

for just this small project

An old clock case gets a make over

creating a religious shrine

This shrine is sold

but more will be added to my shop soon!
