it's impossible to find

all the vintage pieces

that we would find while shopping.

I would shop at antique malls,

winter flea markets,

estate sales and more.

Due to the pandemic, those days are gone!

Soon, I hope to be at it and searching for more treasures!

I am just moving at my own pace

refusing boredom and tears

there's simply too much to do in my life

Each day choose to bring some 

happy into your life

Every day it's something else

could be health

could be news

could be changes in your life

I vow to make something good each day

even if it's seeing beauty in the tiniest detail

There sure is a lot of change going on

so, why not meet it head on smiling

I decided long ago to collect and enjoy small pleasures!

If you don't have a hobby or outlet

life can get stale.

Staying home has become the norm

Hanging out in my studio was always normal

Mixing it up to create in a different way....

With everything changing around us,

we must find that place that grounds us,

keeping us centered

I sure hope you've found that place,

as this year will probably start out rocky

but hopefully smooth out

A Home Alone Christmas

Sweet December

A virus has stolen some of your JOY

but not all of it

As we head into this Christmas holiday

I hope everyone is keeping safe & positive

I'm sure we will all remember this year

but for those of us who have jumped big hurdles in life,

this year was another hurdle to get through as best as we can

Surround yourself with love, light & what makes you happy

My shop is open if you need a digital download

Physical treasures are on hold until January

As we decorate our HOME ALONE Christmas

we feel fortunate to be warm and cozy

Since I am a one woman show,

I am limited to how many items

I have time to create for my shop

Most items are one of a kind

especially the vintage pieces

I get a lot of requests for remakes...

sometimes it works out

and

that makes me happy!

Oh, it's Christmas in the shop

because I don't sell in December.

It's my regroup, organize & celebrate the holiday time.

But come January, it's on!!

I hope to keep creating during this time.

It's been a very strange and unsettling year.
